1. How do I place an order?

Just add your items to the cart and click checkout.

You can either pay by debit card | credit card or using your PayPal account. You are also welcome to call our Customer Service directly to set up your account at 775.297.4778.

To order you must be a medical practice or compounding pharmacy that provides patient prescriptive medication to medical practices.


2. Do I need a kadara™ medical account to place an order?

Yes.


3. How do you ship orders?

All of our products are sent by FedEx delivery, and are usually fulfilled within 1 working day.

All orders placed before 1:00pm PST will ship same day based on availability.


4. Secure ordering and payment options?

This store automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

All of your payment details are strictly confidential and we do not store such information.

Your address will not be used for any other purpose than to send your order out.

We do not share any details or sell any address/email information to third parties.

We cannot take payment over the phone for online orders, all payments are made safe and securely via PayPal.


5. Returns and Refunds?

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase every time.

Unfortunately, due to the product being sterile, and requiring traceability, we cannot offer refunds.

However, if there is a mistake with your order, we are happy to make it right.
